K.P.I. promises to bring professionalism and confidentiality to each and every case we investigate. We understand that it can be very difficult to come forward and ask for our help. We do our very best to make you feel comfortable and we take the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions.
We bring specialized equipment to the location and set it up in the places you have the most activity. You are welcome to ask any questions you have about our equipment and how it works. We will not share or publish any of our findings or any details of the case outside of K.P.I. and all disclosure of any evidence is always determined by the home/property owner.
We have valuable experience in investigating the paranormal. We bring confidence and knowledge that can only be gained by having extensive time in the field. This will bring a comfortable atmosphere into your home which will help ease the discomfort and tension caused by the activity you are experiencing. We will then help you to understand some of the things that are happening to you by explaining some of the more popular theories and how they may pertain to your situation. We will listen to your experiences and will interview only those who are comfortable with coming forward. Then we will set up equipment and begin trying to relive your personal experiences in an attempt to find evidence either for or against paranormal activity. We will share our findings with you and offer logical explanations for anything that can be debunked or explained away due to normal enviromental factors. For those things that we may find that cannot be explained we will answer any questions you may have and we will offer our full support to you. Our goal would be to help you come to an understanding of what is going on and what help is available to you.
We will be more than happy to provide you with copies of any evidence that we find at no charge to you.
